As your Postpartum Doula, I provide care for you and yours.  I help you learn to care for your infant, to recognize what’s normal and what’s a concern.  You'll be able to  know if your baby is getting enough to eat, and what to do about colic and gas.  I teach  expert swaddling techniques and safe sleep practices.  I can help with your older children’s adjustment to having a baby in the home, and with your pets, too.  I teach family members how to work together and be equally involved in the care of your baby.  I can help with getting you and your baby that desperately needed sleep, and how to cope with less.  

My goal is to help your family learn to have ease with your baby, be the parent you wish to be, and create space in your home and life to truly embrace one of the most precious and challenging times of life.

Fees

Doula care is $65 per hour with a 4 hour per visit minimum.  Morning visits are from 8AM-Noon, for example.  Most clients contract with me to provide the care they’ll need for the first four months.  Imagine knowing when help is coming and when that next nap will be!  A typical contract will be for anywhere from 4-16 weeks long, with 3-5 visits per week.

I am occasionally able to provide one time care on an as available basis.
